If you subscribed via PayPal, you can log into your PayPal and unsubscribe from there. For more information please visit PayPal's documentation. If you cannot cancel via PayPal, please email us at email@example.com
If you paid via credit card/Stripe, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll sort it out for you.
These requests will get processed within 24 hours. If you get charged before the cancellation is processed, a full refund of that charge will be issued along with the cancellation.
Can I still access my remaining subscription time after cancellation?
You will still have access to the content up until your next payment date. If you requested a cancellation alongside a refund, your subscription will expire immediately.
Can I cancel the scheduled cancellation?
You have the option to resume your subscription by clicking the Resume subscription button on your Billing page. This will remove the scheduled cancellation and continue your subscription normally and charges will proceed. Please note this is only available for subscriptions via Stripe.
