If you subscribed via PayPal, you can log into your PayPal and unsubscribe from there. For more information please visit PayPal's documentation.
If you paid via credit card/Stripe, just send us an email at email@example.com and we'll sort it out for you.
These requests will get processed within 24 hours. If you get charged before the cancellation is processed, a full refund of that charge will be issued along with the cancellation. You will still have access to the content up until your next payment date. If you requested a cancellation alongside a refund, your subscription will expire immediately.
Please note that you have the option to resume your subscription by clicking the Resume subscription button on your Billing page. This will remove the scheduled cancellation and continue your subscription normally and charges will proceed.
